Preface

This document is meant to guide you through the steps of assembling a IBM PC. It contains mainly what you should do, how to do it, what things are and so on. If you have no idea about PCs, you might want to read this at least to find things to search for on the Internet.
Paradoxically, if you (the one i mean to initiate) can read this lines, the you have already been in contact with computers.
The structure of this document is split into chapters, each concerning usually a component or a class of components. I have tried to present them as simply as possible whit out loosing the important notions.
